This policy explains how IntraManager uses cookies and similar technologies on intramanager.com and how you can manage your choices.
Why we use these technologies
Necessary technologies remember your privacy choice and support features you request, such as your selected appearance. Optional analytics helps us understand visits and interactions. Optional marketing helps measure advertising and connect visits with campaigns.
Measurement can involve page visits, button interactions, campaign references and technical browser, network and device information, including online identifiers. Detailed purposes, providers and storage periods are available under Details in Cookie settings.
Your choices
Open Cookie settings in the footer of any page. Choose Analytics and Marketing separately and select Save choices, or select Accept all. For necessary storage only, switch off both optional categories and save. You can change or withdraw your choice in the same place.
Optional measurement starts after you save an optional category or select Accept all. Withdrawing a category stops the relevant tools and removes the accessible measurement cookies covered by our integration. It does not reverse earlier processing or delete cookies on a provider’s own domain.
How long we remember your choice
We remember a necessary-only choice for 30 days and a choice allowing Analytics, Marketing or both for 365 days from your latest explicit save. Ordinary visits do not extend this period. When the choice expires, the website asks again.
These periods concern your saved choice. Individual cookies and other storage can have different lifetimes. The declaration under Details explains them, including storage without automatic expiry and how to remove it.

The IntraManager product
The website and the IntraManager product can have different storage needs. During demonstrations, trials and subscriptions, product storage may support login, access, sessions, security and preferences. Website choices do not automatically apply to another product environment.
Newsletters
We send newsletters through our IntraManager application and record opens and clicks. Email measurement can use pixels or tracked links. Website cookie settings do not manage your newsletter subscription or email measurement. Use the unsubscribe and preference links in newsletters to manage your subscription.
Personal data and changes
Our privacy policy explains the processing of personal data, recipients, retention and your rights. We update this cookie policy when technologies or their use change. Contact info@intramanager.com with questions.
